Atty. Sheena M. Dioneda, CPA
Senior Tax and Corporate Lawyer
Atty. Sheena is a seasoned CPA with 16 years of professional experience and 6 years as a practicing lawyer, with strong expertise in tax, corporate, and litigation work.

She has extensive and meaningful experience with PwC under Cabrera & Company, a law firm that is part of the PwC network but operates independently from Isla Lipana & Co., where she handled complex tax compliance, regulatory advisory, and corporate legal matters for a wide range of clients.
​
In addition to her legal practice, Atty. Sheena has served as counsel for various firms and institutions, providing strategic advice on tax structuring, corporate governance, and dispute resolution. She has also been a Tax Law Review Professor and Supervising Lawyer, demonstrating her commitment to legal education and mentorship.

Atty. Sheena graduated magna cum laude with a BS Accountancy degree and is a Certified Public Accountant and practicing lawyer.

Her combined expertise in law and finance, particularly in taxation, public-private partnerships (PPPs), and risk analysis, makes her a valuable resource to the Firm and our clients, helping them navigate complex regulatory environments and achieve business success.
Atty. Blas Joshua Cordova
Litigation Lawyer
Atty. Blas Cordova is a seasoned litigator with expertise in both criminal and civil law, backed by a strong track record of success in handling complex legal disputes.

As a corporate lawyer, he also serves as Corporate Secretary for CGCTC and HTAP, where he ensures regulatory compliance and provides strategic legal counsel to support organizational growth and risk management.
